Jeremy joined OHI in 2019 as Group CEO. He sets the company’s vision and enables its growth strategy. Jeremy has spent over 30 years in the air mobility industry, within roles including Group COO at Bristow Group and EVP at Milestone Aviation and started his career as an Accident Investigator at the National Transportation Safety Board, which grounded his beliefs in safety.

Paulo joined OHI in 2023 as Group CTrO. During a career of over 25 years, Paulo was a catalyst for significant performance improvements in several global organizations such as Vale, Whirlpool, Bain & Company, AMBEV and Shell.

Ivan joined OHI in 2020 as Group CFO to lead the broader finance function at a time of growth acceleration. With over 30 years of experience in the global energy services sector, Ivan brings a thorough understanding of complex settings within publicly listed and private equity-backed organizations and is adept at tackling novel growth challenges such as those facing OHI today.

With 25 years of experience across multiple industries and functions, Emin has made transformative contributions to successful projects at Siemens, Credit Suisse, and Stirling Square Capital Partners.

Emin has a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Computer Science from the University of Siegen (Germany) and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (USA).

Jeff employs his advanced methods to foster safety leadership and operational excellence at OHI.

Jeff is a Licensed Pilot and a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. He also holds a BTech in Technology Management from BCIT (Canada).

Roberto joined OHI in 2000 to launch the Brazilian operation. He has more than 30 years of experience in the air mobility industry, having started as a pilot in the Brazilian Navy and later moved into leadership roles. Roberto is the longest-serving leader in Brazil’s offshore helicopter services sector, commanding the deepest knowledge and relationships in this space.

Roberto holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Escola Naval (Brazil) and two MBAs from IBMEC (Brazil).

Duncan is an experienced operations leader and business developer and acts as an innovative force of change within OHI. He joined OHI in 2020 to lead the company’s international expansion and establish OHI as a credible and reliable solutions provider. He was also tasked with revolutionizing the OHI customer experience by introducing innovative features that straddle data science and sustainability. His background encompasses over three decades of aerospace engineering and operations, starting at Pratt & Whitney Canada in the UK and progressing to numerous leadership positions held over nearly 20 years with Bristow Group.

In 2018, Duncan was elected as a Fellow of the UK Royal Aeronautical Society.
